Absolutely doesn't want to help you this company. On the phone with them just now, they asked me again to show photos and description of what happened. Today is July 2 and they had no record of it because Allianz staff "had not recorded it properly" Their words. Throughout the whole process from reporting the accident to my final phone call today Allianz customer staff have be courteous and understanding. I have been with them a few years and never claimed. why passed that onto the policy holders who have never claimed?Car was given back with a flat battery because it hadn’t been driven in such a long time while waiting to be repaired.When I got the car back my engine cover was missing.I found staff to be kind and understanding and overall would highly recommend Allianz in the future. The staff were always polite, and apologetic for the delays.I appreciated not having to haggle over what was a traumatic experience for me. No communication at all, I had to call multiple times for updates.Six months later and countless hour long waiting on the phone calls for the next consultant and still waiting...fact I'm on hold right now after 56 minutes being shunted between departments.
